How to Get the Most Out of Your Wedding Photo Booth
Timing makes a big difference. We recommend having the booth running during cocktail hour and open dancing. Cocktail hour is when guests are mingling and looking for something to do, and once the dance floor opens up, the booth becomes a fun break between songs. Our most popular wedding rental is the four-hour package, which covers both of these windows perfectly.
Placement matters too. Set up the booth in a visible, high-traffic area near the bar or lounge section — close enough that guests notice it but not so close to the dance floor that the music overwhelms the experience. Leave room for a small line to form without blocking walkways.
Consider setting up a photo guest book station right next to the booth. We provide the scrapbook, and guests can tape in one of their photo strips and write a personal note next to it. Our wedding packages also include a custom photo strip template designed with your names, wedding date, and colors so every print is a personalized keepsake. We provide a photo scrapbook and guest book station where guests can paste a copy of their strip and write you a message, it becomes one of the most treasured items from your wedding day. You also get your choice of backdrop, from elegant sequin walls to clean and classic options that match your wedding aesthetic.
